- It's 10 seconds before an important sales call, you're the sales coach, what do you do? Let me show you a technique you can use anytime, anywhere, and it takes less than 10 seconds. This technique will make you stronger, smarter, and a better problem solver. And, after I teach it to you, you should show this video to your sales reps so they can use this same technique when you're not around. We call it the 10-second game changer, and here's how it works. The first thing you want to do is breathe deeply. (inhaling) A really deep breath will help you feel more centered and stay grounded. It sends oxygen to your brain and all your other extremities.
