(upbeat music) - Let's meet the missing heading magician in Excel and make our cells reappear. So here in column A, as you can see, we have certain headings that are missing. So typically here what we would want is in cells A3 through A5 for it to say Austin, in cells A7 through A9 for it to say Miami, and so on. So we essentially want to copy the title from the cell above it and fill in all those blanks below it with whatever that office city name is. So we could be manually going in here and being like, all right, Austin. I'm going to click the corner, click and drag and copy it down. But that could take a long time if you have this long list. So an alternative for this is I'm going to do control Z to undo that there. What we can do here is highlight our list in column A, so I'm going to zoom up here using my control and arrow keys up to the top and highlight our office list that has the city names and those blanks that we…
