- Describe access management capabilities of Azure AD. Here, we'll describe conditional access. Conditional access is a feature of Azure AD that allows organizations to control access to the resources based on specific conditions. With conditional access, administrators can create policies that define their conditions under which users can access resources, such as requiring multifactor authentication or MFA, or blocking access from certain locations. The following are key features of conditional access. First is policy creations. Administrators can create policies that define the conditions under which users can access resources. Policies can be based on a user, on a device, on a location, application, or risk level. Next is policy enforcement. Conditional access policies are enforced in real-time, meaning that users are only granted access to resources if they meet the conditions defined in the policy.
