- Welcome to lesson two, Create a Technical Design, where we talk tech, and by that I mean technical design. This, I would argue, is the most critical step to ensuring a project is successfully executed. I have seen projects fail time and time again because requirements gathering was poorly facilitated and solution functionality limitations not properly communicated. This results in angry stakeholders and disappointed business users. The technical design is the map from which you will be working, so make sure it's solid, otherwise you will get lost. First, we will validate the requirements and design technical architecture. Then, design solution components and round things out with the discussion on the Microsoft Power Platform extensibility points. Let's get started.
