- [Instructor] As I mentioned, Power Automate flows have lots of different layers and lots of different options, but let's break it down to the simplest pieces first. At the heart of all cloud flows, we have triggers and we have actions. When this thing happens, do this other thing. So when the status of something changes, when it hits a certain time of day, when a user clicks a button, when the trigger happens, complete this action. Submit a request for approval, create a task for me to complete by Tuesday, and so on. In order for these to work, we need to use connectors. What exactly is Power Automate communicating with? Is it communicating with another Microsoft product? Is the Power Automate flow talking from a Microsoft form to create a Microsoft Planner task?
