- [Narrator] Both PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams now support live captions in both your presentations and Teams meetings. To set those up, I'll first start in PowerPoint and I'm on the Mac right now, but it works exactly the same on Windows. Change to the slideshow ribbon tab. From here all the way on the right hand side place a check mark next to always use subtitles. If you then click the down arrow next to subtitle settings you can choose the spoken language that you're going to be presenting in and then you can specify the subtitle language. It doesn't have to be the same language, so you can even do a live translation while you're presenting. After that, you can specify what microphone you're going to be using, and finally, where you want the subtitles to be on your presentation. That is the bottom overlaid your existing slides or below the slide, just like you can have them on the top or above the slide. Let's see…
