- [Instructor] We are on our last full chapter of this course. In this lesson, we're going to talk about some of the integration options that are available with Dynamics 365. But before we talk about the integrations, let's first talk about Workspaces. A Workspace is a view or dashboard with data and reports that allows you to easily and quickly view all of the business data. You can use the out-of-the-box Workspaces or customize your own. Now onto some of the integration options starting with Teams. Dynamics 365 and Teams integration allows us to use the Collaboration hub. This in turn allows us to share sales opportunities. We can also leverage file integration to coauthor documents and sync to Dynamics 365. There is also the Dynamics 365 Assistant Application for Microsoft Teams.
