- [Instructor] And this is it, our last lesson of this course. Here, we're going to take a few moments to talk about the integration options with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft apps. And we'll start off with Teams integration. Teams is a communication and collaboration platform. When we integrate Dynamics 365 and Teams, we can use the collaboration hub. This allows us to share sales opportunities. We can also leverage file integration to co-author documents and sync documents to Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 assistant application for Microsoft Teams can be installed on Teams to provide data from Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 all within the Teams platform. Typical Word and Excel use cases include using the templates from both Word and Excel. We can use a Word template to generate standardized documents.
