Wiring a potentiometer to control LED

Wiring a potentiometer to control LED

- [Instructor] All right, so I still have the wiring for the LED. I'm going to start wiring the potentiometer to it. The only thing I'm going to change is that I'm going to move the ground here to a common ground on the breadboard, and then I'll add the potentiometer. I'm going to add it on the row off 55. The right-hand side of the potentiometer goes to five volt. This one is connected to five volts. The left-hand side goes to ground. And, the middle pin is going to be connected to an analog input which is A0 on the Arduino board. Now, I'm going to go ahead and connect the voltage, the five volt, and the ground. So, five volts... And, then finally the ground goes to ground on the Arduino board.
