- The only way I have seen organizations get great results and great human satisfaction is when people understand the power of servant leadership. (gentle music) I'm Ken Blanchard. You know, unfortunately over 50% of the workforce in our country are disengaged. Their excitement is after work, rather than in work. And it doesn't have to be that way, because people are spending a majority of their days at work. And how can we create a culture and a work environment that excites people? Because we've seen what self-serving leaders have done. They've demotivated people. They've caused major negative problems in government, every sector of society all around the world, and we can make a difference. The only way to get great results and great human satisfaction is with servant leadership.
