- [Eric] Now that you've learned a little bit about the submittal workflow, let's take a look at an example. I'm here on the project admin page under services and project management, and you'll see that the workflow is a little simpler for submittals as compared to RFIs. There's really only one role to define, and that's the submittal manager, and you can see that I've assigned myself as the submittal manager. So again, this would be as though I worked for the general contractor and I wanted all submittals to come through me or through my department to make sure that the right information was being exchanged and that it was being provided at all, that is was being made available for the people that needed it.
