- [Instructor] As you probably know, complex projects require a review process to make sure things are done right. With BIM 360, you can build your review process right into your project. Let's see how it works. I'm here in Document Management with a list of sheets and I'd like to submit one for review. Now I could select the whole set, of course, but to keep things simple for this example, I'm just going to select the first floor plan. Now I could check it here, and launch the Submit for review command from the top, or I could just click right on the sheet itself and do the same command. So I'll click Submit for review. The next choice I need to make is what is the approval workflow and you can see there's a dropdown list here. In the project admin section of the project, I can define one or more approval workflows. And to put it simply, you can think of an approval workflow as the people that need to approve a drawing…
