- [Instructor] With any project, there will always be questions. Requests for information, or RFIs, are the official way for contractors, fabricators, and other people involved in the project to ask questions about what they see in the drawings or models. Let's take a look at how BIM 360 Build handles RFIs. The first thing we're going to look at with this topic is the RFI workflow. You'll see on your screen a generalized workflow of how RFIs work in a typical project. The RFI is created by the creator of the RFI which is then submitted to the manager. The manager then examines the RFI, makes sure it's complete and that it makes sense, and if it's not, that manager can either edit the RFI or even maybe reject it and send it back to the creator to be done better.
