- [Narrator] So now you know how to upload files to BIM 360, but how do you organize those files? And how do you make sure the right people have access to them? Let's find out. I'm going to start by creating a PDF subfolder under Plans. And that's easy to do, I'll just click the ellipses and then click Add Subfolder. Type in the name of the folder and press Enter. Now, what I'd like to do is take all of these PDF sheets and move them into that folder. Now I could pick them one at a time. But to make life easy, I'm going to click this box at the top and then uncheck the PDF folder itself. Next, I'll click the Move icon and select the PDF folder, and then Move. And that's going to move all 20 of those sheets into the PDF folder. Here we see that 20 documents have been moved. And I can click on the PDF folder to verify that those documents are there.
