As knowledgeable as Dr. Sun is this course is way too much for a beginner. There is A LOT of information here and she's not wrong when she says that you may have to watch this more than once, but then I wonder if that's "beginner" material. I honestly gave up understanding this in the first 10 minutes of this course, I just couldn't keep up with the material. A lot of assumptions are made here about how much you need to know prior to this course. I feel I can understand this better elsewhere. But then again it may not be for me, someone who wants to get into AI regulation and governance. So once again, not to negate Dr. Sun's presentation, this is a lot of information that I feel fewer people know.
