Immanuel Kant was a German philosopher during the Age of Enlightenment. He stated that "All our knowledge begins with the senses, "proceeds then to understanding, and ends with reason. "There is nothing higher than reason." This concept of analytical reasoning has become really important in our work lives as data has become more accessible, and where the expectation is that we're putting that data to work. Analytical reasoning is focused on facts, on observations, and on rules. Here are three things to keep in mind to strengthen your analytical reasoning, and improve your customer insights.
