Refining the duration and frame rate of a time-lapse sequence with Adobe Premiere Pro

- When it comes to frame rate, you're going to want to let Premier Pro know how to interpret the clips. For best results, make sure you set the frame rate to match your desired delivery sequence. There's two ways to do this. I'll select the clip here, and I'm going to choose "clip, modify, interpret footage." Here you could assign the frame rate. I'll choose 23.976 and click "okay." You'll see the new frame rate is applied, and the shot's duration is updated. Remember, we're working with shorter clips here, just to make them easier to download. I'll now make a new sequence, and assign the frame rate of 23.976, in this case to a 1080 p sequence, and click "okay." Now, what I could do is drop the clip into the sequence, and I'll keep the existing sequence settings. If we zoom in here a little bit, it's easier to see, and we can watch the shot play back.
