- [Instructor] We previously enabled Azure Active Directory login access to the Azure SQL database, and then created a new user, Chris that I promoted to the database administrator role. When you want to add additional database user accounts, you'll follow a similar process: First, create the user in the Azure Active Directory; next, from an administrator account within the database, connect a new user to a database principal, then grant permissions or assign role memberships to the principal. So let's walk through the entire process. First, we need to add another user to the Azure Active Directory. To do that, from your main Dashboard, go up to the Menu and come down to Azure Active Directory. Then in the Add menu at the top, choose User. (mouse clicks) I'm going to create a single user, and this time, I'm going to name this person Courtney.
