Team empowerment

- One of the key premises behind the digital transformation is that it's people centric. We realize that customer centricity is paramount to delivering the highest value products at the right time, yet it can be argued that the internal customers, our team members, have a greater impact on the digital transformation than our customers do. While this may not make sense at first, let's think about it for a second. Our team members are the ones acting on our strategy each and every day from wherever they sit in the organization. They're the ones helping identify new, creative solutions to age old problems. As the organization shifts to this new digital culture, it's the team members themselves that will sustain those changes.
