Responsibilities:
Analyze customer preferences and assess product performance to create impactful product and brand positioning strategies
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer targeting and product messaging are effective
Engage proactively with field sales, distributors, and agencies
Lead the execution of marketing strategies at the retail level
Develop metrics for ongoing analysis of marketing program effectiveness and value
Work with stakeholders to distribute marketing materials that effectively reflect the brand and product identity in the Small Format channel
Support the creation of channel-specific points of sale for small format customers
Develop trade presentations and provide reports on trade activation performance for key stakeholders
Oversee the day-to-day execution of channel strategy for digital shelf assets
Lead the development of the client's visibility strategy for all assigned customers
Manage the national deployment strategy for warm and cold equipment and in-store retail media plans for targeted retailers
Prepare and support the implementation of marketing strategies and programs for the client's brand
Candidate Profile:
Four years of Trade Marketing experience (traditional and digital) in CPG industry
Beverage industry experience is a plus - would prefer candidates who come from a large company background
Experience leading retailer-specific trade marketing programs
Willing to travel up to 20% throughout the year for tradeshows/presentations
Based in the Greater Houston Area or Austin
