Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the Miami area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of international trade and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
