Company Description
WHO WE ARE:
Hope Network is a non-profit organization operating across the state of Michigan. We have over 300 locations with nearly 3,000 employees and serve over 34,000 people with disabilities or disadvantages each and every year.
We have a “whatever it takes” mentality at Hope Network. Whenever a person is facing physical, social, or mental barrier, we step in—even when we’re the only ones who will. That’s just the kind of organization we’ve always been.
WHAT WE DO:
There isn’t a label for what we are. Because there isn’t a limit for what we do.
We help people overcome physical, mental or social barriers that impact how they live. The result is fulfillment through independence, progress, and community integration. Whether it’s...
a dad recovering from a brain injury
a child growing up with autism
an ex-offender trying to re-enter society
a teenager battling depression We have countless stories of restoration to tell.
HOW WE DO IT:
We help people overcome. And to do that, we need you.
Some serve by providing hands-on care or medical treatment, others serve by assisting behind the scenes, but they all play an integral part in creating comebacks. Our team members dedicate their time and passion to the communities we serve. In return, we offer a wide array of rewards and incentives.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Care
403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match
Generous Paid Time Off
Educational Reimbursement
Learning and Development Opportunities
Retail Partner Discounts (including phone, bank, fitness, & more!)
WHY IT MATTERS:
At Hope Network, we do what others can’t. Or won’t.
60 million people in the U.S. suffer from disabilities or disadvantages that impact how they live. Over one million of these people live in Michigan. To put it into perspective, that’s more than the population of Detroit. A majority have fallen through the cracks and aren’t receiving the care they deserve. That’s a problem – but we’re solving it by being advocates for these people.
Year in, year out, we fill essential care gaps for people all over Michigan.
Sometimes what we do looks like healthcare. Sometimes it looks more like a social service. It can even look like a ride from one place to the other. Whatever the case, it’s pretty much impossible to define what Hope Network is. So instead, we just say that we help people overcome.
SPECIALITIES:
Our dedication extends to various specialties, including Affordable Housing, Autism, Behavioral Health and Mental Health, Brain and Spinal Cord Neuro Rehabilitation, Developmental Disabilities, Michigan Education Corps, Transportation, and Workforce Development.
Join us at Hope Network, where you can be part of a team that doesn't just change lives; we create extraordinary stories of resilience, hope, and triumph every day. Together, we can make a difference that truly matters.
