Job responsabilities


  • Implementation and mantain the hourly payment system for non-exempt employees.
  • Participate in and be responsible for the implementation of the payroll system integration.
  • Compute and process employee salaries, wages, and other compensation.
  • Be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reconciliation of employee information, including tax withholding, benefits, 401K deductions, direct deposit information and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other compliance-related documents.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related questions to employee.
  • Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing purposes.
  • Bi-weekly generate and analyze reports for extra compensations for the Service Department. Review and process tickets for through internal company platform; calculate and record compensation.
  • Partner with Service Department to reconcile employee tickets submissions for extra compensation and ensure discrepancies are accurately, quickly, and appropriately resolved.
  • Provide financial data and reports to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Respond to and complete requests for employment verifications, wage audit requests (workers comp, unemployment, etc.), and wage garnishment requests.
  • Ability to maintain a stationary position to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Able to identify, analyze, and assess details.
  • Communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.



Academic Education & Experience Required


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English and fluent in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel. SAP and SSFF knowledge is a must
  • 5 years of payroll and accounting experience. Payroll management in multistate companies.
