Description

This position reports directly to the Partner Advocate Supervisor. Serves the Partners of KCM by answering questions, receiving orders and donations, and praying with ministry partners contacting us via phone, mail, or the internet. Position is onsite.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates customer service, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills with a spirit of excellence.
  • Presents benefits of partnership with the ministry to callers on every applicable call.
  • Prays with ministry partners on every appropriate call according to ministry requirements.
  • Participates in outbound calling campaigns to help minister and retain partners.
  • Processes numerous electronic orders, contributions, and inquiries, between inbound calls.
  • Systematically researches available resource materials to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining and modifying partner accounts according to KCM protocols.
  • Possesses a great attitude toward ministry partners both on and off the phone and actively contributes to a positive culture at KCM.
  • The position requires ministerial licensing through EMIC. Must complete mandatory ministerial licensing paperwork within thirty days of hire. (Licensing is renewed yearly)
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Possesses general knowledge of KCM vision, events, and products.
  • Exhibits proficiency with telephone etiquette skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Skillfully able to communicate on a phone while typing on a computer.
  • Must be detail oriented, well-organized, and able to work within structured environment.
  • Required to professionally represent KCM in all communications.
  • Must demonstrate competency with current technology.

Typical Physical Demands

  • Able To Lift 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time.
  • Must work overtime on an “as needed” basis.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
  • Must be able to work a scheduled 7.5 shift.

  • Performs Data Entry tasks as assigned.
