Litigation Docketing Specialist

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join a midsized law firm! This position is in office on a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office), operates off a 35-hour work week, full benefits, and paying up to $85K !

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• A minimum of 3-5 years prior litigation docket experience with a rules based calendaring system (CompuLaw, CourtAlert, and/or eDockets)
• Advanced working knowledge of the federal, state court, and agency rules
• Excellent knowledge of the court system and agencies
• Previous experience in a law firm and knowledge of various litigation practice areas
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze information, including interpretation of court rules
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Assist with additional projects as needed
