The Johns Hopkins Hospital Oncology Department is searching for New Grad RNs to join our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Be a part of a patient & family-centered, collaborative work environment at our world renowned, Magnet-designated facility. Our Oncology Nurses work with patients with solid tumors, leukemia, hematologic malignancies, and other cancer diagnoses. Our patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapeis in the world.
All new grads are automatically enrolled into our Nurse Residency Program upon hire into an RN position (no additional applications required)! Our program has monthly cohorts so our start dates are flexibile based on your availability!

- Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program required. BSN/MSN matriculation required within 1 year of hire and completion of degree within 5 years of hire.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification
- No RN work experience required - training will be provided!

- Nurses hired with an Associate’s degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.
