As the HRIS Manager, you will lead and manage HRIS functions and benefits for multiple domestic and international entities. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing the HRIS landscape, ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional employee experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • HRIS Leadership: Be the go-to HR contact, liaison, and trainer for all HRIS-related questions and issues.
  • System Management: Oversee HRIS support procedures, including system design, modification, implementation, error diagnosis, security, and user training.
  • Strategic Meetings: Collaborate with management and staff to optimize existing systems and policies, and implement new procedures for maximum resource utilization.
  • Data Analysis: Research and report on key HR trends, metrics, and data, providing insightful standard and ad-hoc reports to end users.
  • Self-Service Modules: Review, investigate, and implement key self-service modules.
  • Expert Support: Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert and primary point of contact.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with employees across all locations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Benefits Management: Manage domestic and international benefits, including health, life, AD&D, disability, retirement plans, travel benefits, FMLA, COBRA, and other ancillary benefits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all benefit and retirement plan regulations and filings.
  • Vendor Partnership: Partner with brokers and vendors to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Open Enrollment: Oversee open enrollment processes, including HRIS configuration, testing, communications, training, and data audit.
  • Problem Solving: Provide support for complex benefits and HRIS issues.
  • Document Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of benefit documents and recruiting materials.
  • Claims Administration: Oversee claims processing and resolve coverage questions.
  • Audit Procedures: Design and implement audit procedures for benefits and HRIS data.
  • Positive Work Environment: Promote a positive working environment to achieve organizational goals.


What You'll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years in HRIS management; experience in benefits administration is preferred.
  • Certifications: SHRM certification or designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus.
  • Project Management: Project development and management experience is preferred.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Ready.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, EEO, OSHA, and employee benefit plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and change management abilities.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
