Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware
Installing software and perform hardware testing remotely
First line of support for service center team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
SCCM, ServiceNow and Active Directory
Over the phone troubleshooting experience
Strong customer service experience
Associates degree in computer related field and/or equivalent training
2 years of experience in helpdesk role.
