- Take on the role of an Account Executive
- Develop Thera’s growth strategy
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Work closely with the CEO and Head of Ops
You Will Thrive In Our Culture If You
- Have a strong bias for action
- Easily handle ambiguity
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- 3 years of GTM experience
- Previous experience in payroll / HR tech
- Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
