Estate Planner
RealREPP a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm who is currently teaming with a firm in hiring for a Estate Planner. The Estate Planner is responsible for drafting, planning and reviewing comprehensive estate plans for our clients. Work with clients, shareholders, attorneys and firm members, with all aspects of estate planning. Research law, gather and analyze information skillfully, and prepare documents. Contribute to a team atmosphere with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible results for the firm and its clients.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in estate planning.
- Law degree from an accredited law school required.
- Member of California State bar required.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation preferred.
- Certified specialization in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and/or Taxation from the State Bar of California Board of Specialization preferred.
- Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Proficiency in iManage, HotDocs and Legal Solutions preferred.
- Excellent client relations skills and significant client contact.
