Position Summary:

This role is part of the Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing team, with a direct reporting line to the Chief Strategy Officer of St. Luke's. The primary mandate is to ensure operational efficiency, seamless integration, and the timely execution of all departmental and Chief Strategy Officer-initiated initiatives, using strong analytical and data management skills.

Strategic Planning Facilitation: Help the CSO lead and facilitate all aspects of the company's strategic planning activities, actively participating in the process. Ensure that meetings are effectively documented. Manage the logistical and operational aspects of the strategic plan and related tactical plans, proposals, special projects, and ongoing initiatives to ensure timely completion.

Data-Driven Decision Support: Develop, manage, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate efforts to quantify the return on investment (ROI) for strategic, business development, and marketing investments. Utilize business tools to facilitate project and initiative completion and create internal informational reports for management to keep them informed of strategic, business development, and marketing activities. Should be able to manage/organize large datasets.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Use data to create reports and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders.

Business Development: Play a pivotal role in finding, vetting and following up on identified opportunities for growth. Help assess their potential impact on the organization and fiscal implications. Demonstrate effective relationship management with external parties and keep them informed, and facilitate negotiations with outside parties while maintaining strict confidentiality. Help with all business development activities.

Financial Analysis: Within the scope of assigned projects, prepare proformas and prepare financial analysis.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Healthcare experience in strategic planning, operations, or finance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
