Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
As a Regional Director SCO Sales Administration, you are responsible for managing the strategy and growth road map of Medline’s SCO services as well as serving as the consulting partner to the logistics director team. You'll deliver exceptional customer service by understanding your customer’s issues and challenges while leveraging Medline SCO capabilities to originate and drive new business opportunities to grow revenue and deepen the customer relationship.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Advises on supply chain improvement opportunities and works collaboratively with other teams to develop solutions which reinforce the Medline SCO value-added proposition
Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
Partnership with clients and assist with growth goals or expense reduction through the development and delivery of best in class solutions for streamlining operations
Establish and lead business review process, including documentation & communication of financial and operational KPI’s
Remain current on industry trends, market activities, governmental regulations, and competitive landscape.
Responsible for managing multiple product lines within a segment of the business.
Leverage all external and internal partners to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities with both new and existing accounts.
Drive root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and project manage improvements with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneous
Research new leads, uncover new opportunity and persuade decision makers to utilize Medline SCO value added services
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Logistics Directors
Relevant Work Experience
5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Consulting, or Operations.
5 years of quota carrying closing sales experience
Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability & willingness to support all supply chain optimization department duties as needed by the business.
Broad knowledge of materials management and/or logistic operations
Understanding flow of goods and fulfillment as it pertains to design and layout of supply rooms or warehousing.
Knowledge or background in resource Planning, Materials Replenishment Planning, and Materials Management Information Systems. (Examples: EPIC, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Lawson, Manhattan, Pyxis, and other supply chain technologies).

Bachelor’s degree, Masters Preferred
Experience negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and/or reconciling differences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other proprietary software.
Position requires up to 75% travel for business purposes (within state and out of state).
