Your Mission

As an Associate Product Manager (Call of Duty - Live Services) you will focus on post-launch campaign management and live services; helping deliver engaging player experiences all year long. You are able to work well cross functionally with product, studio, analytics, production and marketing teams to drive world class campaign execution both in and out of game.

You will play an integral role in driving the day-to-day performance of the title. We are looking for a self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of our games, players and business opportunities as they arise.

Responsibilities Of The Role:

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Planning – assist Product Management team create global marketing plans, with the opportunity to own and drive key projects, while partnering with cross-functional teams to complete on time and on budget.
  • Be The Product Expert – create best-in-class messaging that lives both in-game and out, ensuring key selling features and product info is represented accurately in market.
  • Campaign & Operations Management – support PM in building out strike plans, identifying cross-functional team requirements and communicating to key partners, ensuring effective coordination of marcomms across multiple titles, in and out-of-game.
  • Asset Management – Ensure asset/copy review and approval from key partners in BU, studio and legal as required; work back from release dates in digital marketing calendar to ensure on-time delivery, providing updates as required.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor performance of live services promotions and build mini after-action reports including performance analysis and recommendations to be used by Product Management team to drive future promotions and planning.
  • Business Opportunity Analysis – Perform quantitative analyses, find opportunities and develop supporting materials, including creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Player Champion – embody the “consumer” view internally, driving a fan first viewpoint across the org and post-launch engagement plans.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Assist Product Managers complete competitive intelligence efforts to maintain visibility on the best methodologies leading publishers, titles, genres and business models.

Player Profile

Experience

  • 2 years of product management experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or consumer products
  • Experience in strategic campaign planning and execution, specifically post launch/live services experience in gaming preferred (console, PC, or mobile)
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a history of supporting data informed decisions
  • Experience defining in-game engagement programs, providing creative input and implementing player communications that drive performance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar; MBA is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong verbal and communication skills paired with the ability to solve problems and achieve results with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign planning, including social media and online promotional vehicles
  • Ability to digest game- and marketing-data, derive actionable insights, and communicate data-driven next steps with teams across the organization.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated performance of handling multiple products/projects at once
  • Passionate about video games
  • Strong history in gaming is preferred with an understanding of the latest gaming systems and industry trends

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
