We have an immediate need for a Litigation Associate Attorney at a leading law firm conveniently located in Philadelphia. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that will work a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:
Managing your own cases
Drafting pleadings and legal documents
Taking and defending depositions
Providing strategic legal analysis
Appearing in court as needed.
Job Requirements Include:
2 years of civil litigation legal experience
Experience in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, answering written discovery, taking/defending depositions and handling oral arguments
Excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted in PA to practice law
