Successware is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in application development, with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and assisting in deployment of applications on cloud and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cloud, web and mobile technology, a strong understanding of development best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications that meet the needs of our users and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evolution of our solution in an agile environment working in collaborative, value-driven teams, with both internal and geographically distributed external team members to build innovative customer experiences for our clients.
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders for feature delivery.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for Succesware Applications.
• Implement new features and functionality using best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in application development and incorporate them into our development process.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SW web and mobile applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with platform infrastructure, CI/CD, data pipeline management, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or familiarity with much of our tech stack – passion to learn those that are new…
• Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, JavaScript, UIUX frameworks like React, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Logging and tracing frameworks, DevOps tools, AWS.
• React Native, GraphQL.
• SonarQube,
