Running our Q1 retro with the whole Accord GTM crew in town! Despite coming in 120% to target, there're still SO MANY WAYS I want us to get better... - Getting onsite, to leaders, and multi-threading *earlier* in the process - Running tighter demos with relatable stories vs feature heavy - Do even more work for our buyers to help them evaluate - Exec updates post-sales to drive success upsells - Document talk-tracks and key objections There's ENDLESS ways to up-level your team when it comes to deal execution... The question is, will you prioritize the time, effort, and growth? Or just ask yourself your team to work harder, not smarter? Getting 1% better every day is incredibly rewarding and the only way to win over the long term 📈 📈 📈

Join us today for the Uncapped webinar: Apply MEDDICC to Enterprise deals with John Kuhns. This content was purpose-built for people already in enterprise B2B sales in some capacity and people that want to be in enterprise B2B. One of the feathers in John's cap among many, is that he closed Gong's largest new business enterprise deal in 2023. Today he will share how he achieved that through the use of MEDDICC ! If you can't make it but want to watch the replay, go ahead and register as well! https://lnkd.in/gcyMpR2v

Our revops “team” at Chili Piper does A LOT OF automations. If you’d see our list, you’d think we have a full train of rev ops folks working here at Chili Piper (spoiler alert, we have 1 and a half). Here’s an example of an “unconventional” automation We assign churned accounts to SDRs. Yep, we automate outreach to churned accounts Here’s why and how First, let me tell you, it breaks my heart to see any customer churn. I feel like my heart is asking but always aim to learn from it and make everything better for them if they were to come back. Hence, we want to learn what made them leave, fix the problem, and win them back And the good news is that we win many of them back . Here are the nitty gritty on how we do this : We setup these rules for assigning churned accounts to our SDRs: – Account Status = updated to Churned – Transaction End Date = 91 days – Round Robin across SDRs and update SDR Owner – SLA: after 12 working hours, check if there was activity yesterday AND ROE phase ≠ unfit to work, send Slack notification – SLA: after 12 working hours, check if there was activity yesterday AND ROE phase ≠ unfit to work, reassign – Provide a Slack notification to the AM (80 days post-contract end date) – Provide a Slack notification to the SDR once the Account has been assigned (91 days post-contract end date) – Provide SDRs with information on why the account is churning in SFDC to give them the context to sell into the account effectively. If you are curious about more details on this, let me know!

The future of GTM tech isn't about adding more tools to your stack. ❌ It's about building intelligent systems that adapt to your needs, provide actionable insights, and streamline your workflows. 🧠 My co-founder Austin Hay wrote a post on this topic for our friend Kyle Poyar’s newsletter, Growth Unhinged. In it, Austin broke down the evolution of GTM stacks, what a “good” stack really means, and some of the pitfalls of the current technology available to revenue teams. I’ll link to the full article in the comments, but wanted to outline the three eras since it’s a great way to illustrate how far we’ve come (and how far we still have to go): 💰Sales Tech Era (2015): This was the dawn of the modern GTM stack. We centered everything around the CRM, with basic tools for outbounding, email marketing, enrichment, and deduplication. It was simple but effective for its time. 🧨 B2C Martech Era (2017): The focus shifted to customer data platforms (CDPs) for B2C companies. We saw an explosion of tools for analytics, attribution, channel marketing, and data management. This era brought more sophistication but also increased complexity. 🖇️ B2B2C GTM Tech Era (2022-now): The lines between B2B and B2C blurred, leading to attempts at unifying data between CDPs and CRMs. This era demands highly flexible stacks that can handle complex customer journeys across both individual and team use cases. This last era is the one we’re most excited to be building during at Clarify. 🙌 We’re at a moment in revtech history where we can tackle the challenges modern product-led teams face in building relationships and growing revenue. We believe it's possible to create a CRM that's smart enough to manage complexity for you, allowing you to focus on what truly matters - connecting with customers. 🤝 We're working towards a world where your CRM becomes a true partner in your growth journey, not just another tool to manage. I'm thrilled to be part of this next evolution in GTM tech. 🎉 If you want to learn more about our vision at Clarify (or just want a sounding board for your GTM stack challenges), I'd love to connect. The next evolution of GTM technology is being built now, and I believe it's going to transform how teams build better customer relationships. 🚀
