It is simple, yet very few do it. Stretching in between calls. Taking a break and looking at nature. Smelling essential oils. Pausing your work day and feeling grateful for what you have. Taking a moment to breathe. These are all the simple tricks to practice leading to a development of mindfulness. It takes very little time to practice, yet it requires consistency and attention. Over time as you practice, you naturally develop a mindful attitude and way of living. Peace enters your life and stress dissolves away.

I have found that when you are truly connected with the needs and expectations of others, you are able to meet them where they are, allowing a deeper connection to form. As you connect with your clients as a salesperson, you can gain insight with what is needed to help them elevate their lives and tailor your products to their needs. Being mindful as a salesperson is a skill which can help you sell without selling yet instead to being present and connecting to the needs of those you serve. This is truly serving versus selling. It feels good and you will find more clients buy from you without even trying.

Mindfulness involves being aware of your thoughts and actions which occur based on how you think & perceive your world. When you are lost in the past or concerned about the future, you lose a sense of the present situation and state. Taking time to pause, breathe, reflect and contemplate the current moment helps one gain a mindful nature which improves your stress and brain health. Practicing mindfulness helps each of us be in control of our mind versus letting our mind control us. This leads to true contentment and peace.
