In December 2022, the ACTC published their Race and Equity Action Plan (REAP), underscoring their commitment to embedding equity throughout their initiatives. Our task is to build upon this foundation by creating a robust equity framework that will guide project development with a focus on community input, racial and equity analysis, and equitable technical approaches.
