WEOP is an organization founded and led by women of color, that develops and promotes program initiatives that foster the economic advancement of self-employed and women owned small businesses through education, resources, and professional networks. WEOP provides a sense of power, purpose, and platform for women, promoting business and financial sustainability, increased leadership roles, and civic engagement.

As the Co-Chair for WIL's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, my role is to create opportunities that align with ADP’s corporate social responsibility focus of employability, ethics & compliance, environmental sustainability and associate and community involvement.

Cultivate promotes the professional development of African American associates and our allies. We will inspire, empower, and encourage our members through career development, education, mentoring, and networking opportunities. We encourage inclusion in our workplace by being agents of change ourselves. When each one reaches one, we all succeed.
