With this, we build trust and ensure that clients are always informed. 3/  It’s easy to impress a client once, but maintaining that level of excellence over time is what sets us apart. ➡️ How: Implement quality control processes and regularly review client feedback to ensure your standards never slip. With this, people see that we’re consistently reliable, which makes them more likely to stay. Let me tell you one thing: You and I solely are not responsible for retaining customers. And I am blessed with clients who understand and forgive when we fuck up. That’s takes me to 3 LinkedIn strategies I have used to find such awesome humans 👇 1/ Instead of generic cold outreach, I focus on highly personalized connection requests. Don’t wait until you need something from a client to reach out. ➡️  Build relationships early and often by providing value without expecting anything in return. It’s this ongoing relationship that will make them want to stick with you in the long run. With this, I got higher acceptance rates and ready-to-pay leads. 2/ I publish content that speaks directly to our target audience’s pain points. Generic content won’t cut it. ➡️ Engage with your audience directly—comment on their posts, ask them what their biggest challenges are, and tailor your content accordingly. This isn’t about what you think is valuable, but what they need. I followed this and got Increased inbound inquiries from clients who felt my content resonated with them. 3/ By actively participating in niche groups, I positioned SackBerry as a knowledgeable and trusted voice. Client retention isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it process. ➡️ Contribute meaningful advice and expertise without expecting immediate returns. And this gave me DMs from members interested in my services. In the end, I’d just like to say that: Show clients that you’re invested in their success. Create your LinkedIn strategy, Founders. Stepping into LinkedIn without mapping the basics Won’t cut you any slack Get clear on the below points to know what you want. 1. Who you are targeting (your ICP) You need to know :  - what they want  - where they’re stuck  - Their motivations & interest  - One big challenge they need to be solved 2. Know what you're offering to help them Ask yourself  - how does your solution/service fit their problem? - what is the one challenge you’re solving for them? 3. Find your USP  Again ask yourself Why would they choose you? - Does your solution make their lives easy? - What is the one key factor that differentiates you? 4. Define your content strategy Post content that : - Shows your expertise - Shows your services & it’s benefits -Show your USP to the buyers  5. Your profile From you're headline to the about section. Everything should speak to your ICP Turn your profile into a landing page That answers every question the ICP might have  6. Create your posting & engagement plan  Figure out:  - what time you’re posting - what CTA will you use  -what days you’re posting  - whom you’re engaging with  - what type of content you’re posting ----------------------------------   P.S.
