Tasked to develop and execute charge to create a Tech SIG for the NYCSHRM Chapter, along with a fellow Co-Chair.

This volunteer chairs the annual Region II Careers in Student Affairs Conference, which provides professional development and networking opportunities for new professionals and students. This is a one-day, drive-in workshop hosted at multiple locations throughout Region II.

The Chapter Counselor is the leader of the Advisor Team and is responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and commitment from the other volunteers. He or she is tasked with building a positive team atmosphere in order for the group to maximize its results. Additionally, the Chapter Counselor directly advises the Chapter President and coaches him on being an effective manager of the executive board team as well as leader of the chapter.

Through this role, I will be working closely with the Regional Director and Strategic Initiative Coordinators to assess progress towards the strategic goals, along with working with other board members to support data collection efforts. My focus will be to partner with the leadership to make meaning of regional data to improve practices.

While on-site in Jamaica, they interact and serve alongside members of the communities and hear stories and educational lessons about Jamaica right from the educators of the schools that we partner with. Responsibly for the oversight of the following three volunteer teams: Sponsorships, Higher Education partnerships, and Silent Auction (all revenue generating branches of the volunteer team). Increased revenue by 75% through the creation of a multi-tiered sponsorship programming, marketing redesign, and outreach.

Research, design, and market a brand new sponsorship program designed to generate an income of over 10k.

Present and facilitate annually at regional and national leadership conferences. Serve as the Vice President of Programming Advisor for the Stevens Institute of Technology Chapter as of 2019 - Current. Served as the Balanced Man Steward for the NY Phi Chapter at Columbia University from 2007-2009.

Facilitate at national leadership development conferences and support of global service initiatives.

Conducted research to design a campus wide survey to assess usage and satisfaction of all campus services and programs. The data gleaned from this research was used to inform the administration as to which programs and services to invest in pending the suspension of non-mandatory fees related to nonacademic programs in Australia.
