Get some outside perspective. This can be from customers, partners, or even from people outside of your business. When strategy lacks creativity, that likely means you’re looking too much inward and need to seek ideas from outside.

Validation of ideas is KEY! Get other potential customer feedback, study the competition, understand the addressable market, etc etc. there are many good ideas out there - but is there a big enough market for people to buy that good idea? Market validation can help determine whether to move past idea phase at all!

Communication is key in any big project. Making sure your various stakeholder engagement channels are set up so you can effectively communicate and escalate progress on milestones as well as any risk to completion to the appropriate people.
