How can you stay current with emerging global talent acquisition trends?
Some ways I like to stay on top of global talent trends is going to like minded companies on LI and then following/connecting with members of their recruiting team. From there, I like to comment and engage on the content they share on LI.

How can you encourage an interviewee to share more information?
I find that if I let the candidate know the structure of the call and what we're going to talk about and in what order (prior to the call via email) and then again at the start of the call that helps a lot. I also always ask if they have any questions they'd like to ask before we get started - this helps them feel like they are an equal partner on the call.
