    A program that focuses on the theory, doctrine and principles of airpower in the tactical and strategic contexts, as well as in conjunction with other armed forces. Includes instruction in air war-fighting, leadership and ethics, national security decisionmaking, strategic studies, global security, cross-functional team operations, and applicable regional or cultural studies and research methods.

    Course consist of five objectively evaluated sub-courses. The design of the course requires the five sub-courses to be completed in succession. The content is summarized as follows: Profession of Arms, Communication Skills, Behavior Analysis, Human Resource Development and Organizational Management.

    The lessons in the core areas are distributed throughout the four graduate attributes: Military Professional, Expeditionary Professional, Supervisor Role and the Supervisory Communicator.
