    Students who graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree are equipped with a knowledge of business theories, policies, and procedures and are prepared to assume a responsible position within the business industry. Graduates acquire skills in decision-making, problem solving, and leadership, in addition to fundamental business and management procedures.

    A program that focuses on the theory, doctrine and principles of airpower in the tactical and strategic contexts, as well as in conjunction with other armed forces. Includes instruction in air war-fighting, leadership and ethics, national security decisionmaking, strategic studies, global security, cross-functional team operations, and applicable regional or cultural studies and research methods.

    Course consist of five objectively evaluated sub-courses. The design of the course requires the five sub-courses to be completed in succession. The content is summarized as follows: Profession of Arms, Communication Skills, Behavior Analysis, Human Resource Development and Organizational Management.

    This course prepares participants to be professionals who can lead and manage teams in an operational leadership role. The course consists of four volumes that address enhancing communication skills, military studies, leadership and management principles and quality of life.

    The primary instructional methodologies of guided discussion, informal lectures, experiential activities and exercises, and case studies covered three broad academic areas including: Profession of Arms, Warfare Studies, Leadership Studies, International Security Studies, and Communication Studies.

    The lessons in the core areas are distributed throughout the four graduate attributes: Military Professional, Expeditionary Professional, Supervisor Role and the Supervisory Communicator.
