Minds Matter Chicago's mission is to bring high-potential students into an environment designed to provide the skills, experiences and support to not just achieve their dreams, but broaden them and prepare for college success. As a member of the Associate Board I tour students and help raise awareness and funds for the program through biannual events.

KEEN’s mission is to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches. With the vision to foster confidence, self-esteem and community inclusion for youth with disabilities, I worked at a one-on-one volunteer coach to bring the mission to life, and provide families with respite and a supportive network.

826LA is dedicated to unlocking and cultivating the creative power of writing for students ages 6 to 18, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write. I serve as an after-school tutor in all subjects and participate in evening and weekend workshops, in-school programs, field trips, college access writing seminars, and assist with student publications.
