Negotiated a company-wide long-distance RFP for H&R Block that saved overhead expenses and increased program features and functionality.

Designed and co-built a unique Business Intelligence solution for t3 that integrated a commercial RF tool with a custom-built ETL application. Furthermore, formulated industry-specific algorithms that translated and evaluated raw customer data into actionable reports detailing available broadband coverage on-demand.

Created a multi-city, cross-functional test environment to demonstrate fixed cellular and SD-WAN solutions to prospective clients. Environment allowed for cross-team testing (prior to deploying in customer production environments); creating proof of concept for customers testing voice, data, wireline, and wireless services. Incorporated enough testing capacity to allow 200 System Engineers to build one of six different wireless connections into the environment simultaneously.

Through the partnership, Sprint provided PETCO with a comprehensive communications solution, including 3G wireless data services, router hardware, and Sprint on-site technical support.
