I send this message out (for Medical Sales Reps) a few times a year to give advice - it usually goes out from frustration but also to help... cheers 1) Make sure to put the products you sell on your resume - be specific and include if they are Disposable / Capital or a Combo / DME etc 2) Make sure to include the Specialties you call on 3) Make sure to include any Rankings / Awards / Accolades / % increases 4) Make sure to include the Geography you cover 5) Make sure to make it clear if you call on Hospitals / Surgery Centers / Physician Offices / C Suite / Biomet etc. 6) DO NOT just answer the phone with just a "Hello" (sometimes I get a low - almost unrecognizable "Hullloo") - at a minimum it should be "Hi this is Pete" Everything you do in Life is an Interview - Personally and Professionally Take care
