A desktop tool for this would be useful. The ones I have used so far have all been a little more complex than they need to be which makes me want to switch them off. I'd love to find a simple tool which spans desktop and mobile in order to do this but KISS...

Could not agree more. I just spent the last few weeks deep diving into this topic and frankly I am hooked. So much to learn and it seemed a little daunting to me at first. Getting much more familiar even just 2 - 3 weeks into doing these things.

Recently I have taken myself on a voyage of discovery around AI and I've found a new lease of life and a new excitement for work. If you are not learning everyday then you are not moving forward. Blogs and podcasts are rife around AI and diversity around AI is a great topic of conversation.

Today with remote work we should not be stuck in one place with one set of individuals. Everyday I work with people across the globe to build stronger products. Ideas from one area might fit even better in another environment but if you don't cast your net wide you will never find that level.

My experience of mentoring has always been incredibly positive. It's not just sharing knowledge but also concreting knowledge in place. Understanding what you know and don't know. In this case I love the idea of working with underrepresented groups to create a wider audience and better trained models. We're all learning about this stuff everyday...
