Among my greatest accomplishments at Miami was creating a student organization. Seeing that the African-American community was lacking internal support and often experienced over-programming, the Black Presidents' Caucus was compiled of the Presidents of the predominantly and historically Black organizations as well as different faculty members from across the university including the University President, Provost, and Dean of Students to address these issues and provided a voice for this demographic.
