“ Rick and I started at Seagate at almost the same time. He was hired as the analyst for our team. In out time together there, he reported directly to our manager at the time. He was the unofficial lead of the team for the team. He was leading 7 team members and Rick was very well respected by all the members of the team and a natural leader. Once our manager accepted the position of the IT director, Rick was the obvious choice for the IT manager position. In his tenure there as the Desktop Manager he took on many roles with ease and worked very well with the other global IT teams within Seagate. He quickly became the stand out manager that everyone went to for leadership and direction. He was both technical and personable in his leadership style which made him such a great asset to Seagate as a whole. RIck would most certainly be a great addition to any team, and any company would be lucky to have him join their team. Although he is already managing and handling the IT for Canarchy, I am certain that they see the value and the contributions that Rick brings. In my career, I have had many managers and Rick stood out as one of the best. ”
